Job responsibilities：

1、Excellent design expression and drawing skill, familiar decoration engineering processes and technology, project style and technical analysis ability, independent competent major engineering design;

2、According to the company's design standards and specifications, guidance, technical support assistant junior designer or perform other space, local modeling, rendering the design and deepen the work;
3、Responsible for communication and coordination with various departments, chief designer, accessories group, logistics project team, in order to achieve timely and accurately convey information;

4、Under the program, to the construction site to solve the questions and grasp the construction design effect.

Requirements：

1、Education: design-related professional college degree or above.

2、Work experience: more than three years experience in interior design or architecture. There are large-scale real estate projects and hotel club design experience is preferred.
3、Basic skills: proficiency in CAD, Photoshop, 3DMAX, Sketchup and other cartographic rendering Software.
4、The basic qualities: highly responsible work and dedication, teamwork and organization and coordination ability, communication with customers and other departments smoothly.

5、Other requirements: Living in Shenzhen, and qualified for the field trip.
