Administration Supervisor

Job responsibilities

1According to the requirements of company executives and relevant resolutions of the provisions of the various departments and positions of work coordination and supervision, to ensure that the jobs effectively implemented.

2Responsible for organizing the drafting of comprehensive administrative documents, plans, reports and other documents, establish and improve the management of the company administrative rules and regulations.

3Responsible for logistics, procurement, and management and supervision of fixed assets and other routine administrative matters, to ensure that the company administration can effectively underway.

4Responsible for promoting broad cooperation and friendship between the Company and the community, assisting superiors to do public relations reception, establish a good corporate image.

5Responsible for convening the meeting and ensure the normal use of the meeting room, to ensure the normal progress of the meeting organizing company.

6Responsible for the company's application for various types of documents and inspection work, as well as for social security relations.

7Organization of the department staff to do a corporate document management, document periodically organize, classify, archive. 

8Coordinate the relationship between the various departments, good internal and external corporate communications work.

9Actively perform other tasks superiors accountable.

 

Requirements

1Education: Bachelor administrative, secretarial professional qualifications;

2Experience: 3 years experience in this position;

3Basic skills: knowledge of administrative knowledge, familiar with and master management process and operating mode. With a strong program execution.

4The basic qualities: responsible work, with strong language skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
